I think it would be a great idea to open a professional kitchen, with ovens and everything, but rend it to the public on a time-to-time basis so that they could go experiement with cooking techniques. you would book a timeslot, bring some friends, and cook the shit out of something. 10-20 bucks/hr. maybe they do this already? i dunno. i’d do it.
